Flower
I wanted to capture a moment of quiet hope; a girl holding something vibrant, something joyful, against the simplicity of her world. The girl is stencilled in monochrome holds a burst of colour: the Rainbow Flower made famous by Takashi Murakami.
I’ve always been fascinated by contrast. The tension between street art’s raw edges and the playful optimism of pop art. This work is my way of bridging those worlds. The girl represents innocence, introspection and resilience. The Rainbow Flower is joy, connection and the universality of happiness. Together, they tell a story that is at once personal and universal.
